I’m not sure what I was expecting. Maybe I was going to be irritated by any move they made or didn’t make. As soon as the lineup was announced today, I had questions, and believe it or not why is Tucker in Right Field wasn’t one of them. I mainly questioned benching Jose Osuna after a nice two hit game last night from the DH spot.
Much of the game saw promising performances, Joe Musgrove pitched three scoreless and struck out five on the way. More importantly he looked unhittable doing it, mixing his pitches masterfully while Jacob Stallings stole 7 by my count strikes off the plate to make it even better.
