We are all snowed in here in Western PA, and the Steelers are officially done playing football, so is Ben Roethlisberger. The Penguins take center stage now with their own set of aging stars and here we are talking about a team still trying to develop enough to make some noise.
Another week. And another wasted period of time for these two sides to start work on coming together. This is getting to be like starting foundation construction in Minnesota after Thanksgiving.
Every week on Monday, right at 5, this entry makes it’s way to wherever you are and sometimes these thoughts will evolve into a full blown piece.
The baseball world is quiet, deafening even. Nobody has put forward any ideas, both sides feel like this is their moment in time, and the longer it goes without starting to hear ideas, concessions, or even just angry vitriol, the more likely this process costs games.

If you haven’t read it yet, Craig and I broke down what we expect to see as well as our concerns. Check it out.
